Summary

So far in my book Alexis discovered that to get rid of Aralt she needs to find a woman named Martha that has been the only person that has gotten rid of Aralt after coming in contact with him. She starts to do some research on Martha but she finds very little information about her. The only valid information she finds is that she lives in Massachusetts. Alexis will have to find an excuse to go to Massachusetts and find her to free Megan, Kasey and herself.

Mood

Now that I have read further into my book my mood changed from the beginning to the middle of the book. Now I feel a little more calm knowing that Alexis isn't the only one that is going through major changes. It also doesn't make me feel as worried because now that her older sister knows about it and is trying to come up with a solution to get Alexis, Megan and Kasey out of the pact I know that she will find a solution to it.

Mood

Some emotions that come to my mind when I read my book are excitement and anxiousness. I get excitement because the book has so many interesting parts that I'm excited to see what happens after. I get anxious because sometimes when I think something is going to happen, the exact opposite happens which makes me anxious. The story makes me feel surprised sometime because there are many plot twists that I dint see comi and those plot twists change the whole book sometimes.

Summary

So far in my book Alexis has found out about "The Sunshine Club" that her sister is in. When Alexis is determined to find out more about the club she has to risk her and her best friends soul to not sell it to the spirit that her sister is involved with. But in order for Alexis and Megan to get more into the club, they'll have to make a pact with the spirit. When Alexis and Megan attend the first meeting, they are forced to say the oath while putting their right hand on a book. Alexis instead puts her left hand on the book while saying the oath, on the other hand Megan does as she is told. Time after Alexis and Megan start to attend meetings more often Alexis starts to see changes in herself and including Megan. Alexis and Megan go from unpopular girls to the most popular girls in the school.

Foreshadowing

So far I have read that Alexis finds out that the "right hand" on the book didn't really matter, meaning that Alexis did do the pact, and now she is in contact with Aralt. Alexis tells Megan and Megan tells her that she can see the change in Alexis. On the other hand Carter doesn't like Alexis's change and thinks that the change is going to affect her in a negative way. Alexis finds out that when Carter canceled on Alexis was because Carter was with Amy.

I think my book is going to be about a girl that makes a pact with a spirit and that pact will harm for for the rest of her life and I think there is going to be no way out of it. I think she is going to start to change as a person,  but I think it's going to be a bad change for example I think it's going to be something that is going to harm her. I also think that her friends are going to notice the change and try to help her get out of it.

So far I have read that Alexis made a pact with a spirit named Aralt. Her sister, Kasey, comes in contact with the spirit first and then starts to tell all her friends about it. When Alexis finds out that Kasey joined a club called "The Sunshine Club", she noticed that all the members in the club start to change their appearance, their personalities, their interests and they even start to get popular at school. Alexis starts to sense that something is wrong so she asks her best friend Megan to join the club with her to see what makes all of the members change. Megan and Alexis start to go to the club meetings more often and are forced to pledge an oath in order to keep attending. When they do it, a couple of weeks pass by and Alexis starts to notice a change in herself and in Megan too.
